The book,The day after tomorrow,is a science fiction(sci-fi). Nature strikes back due to the human beings. In the story,the nature caused the tornadoes and storms to be the signals that warn people to stop polluting the environment. The story is with a little relevance to our lives. In nowadays,the air pollution in Hong Kong is still deteriorating and the air pollutants such carbon dioxide and sulfur dioxide pollute the air. Excess carbon dioxide in air and increased carbon footprint will lead to the global warming to hurt 'our home'.
If we still do not protect the environment,just like in the story we will see a frozen city and nature will strike back,to freeze people to death...
